  • 2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon, sifted in flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Mix all together except nuts.

    Spread out on cookie sheet. Spread pecans over dough.

    Take egg white (not whipped) and brush over the top.

    Mash nuts down in dough.

    Bake at 325° until brown. Cut as soon as you take out of oven and take up on wax paper to cool.
