  • 1 can chopped or minced clams
  • 1 (8 oz.) container nonfat cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 glinks of red hot sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce

Directions

    Drain clams; reserve juice.

    Combine all ingredients at room temperature; mix thoroughly.

    If you want a dip, add clam juice until mix has a loose consistency, refrigerate (this thickens it) and serve.

    If you want a cracker spread, use less clam juice to make a thicker consistency, refrigerate and serve.

    You won't have any left.
