  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut

    Mix first 2 ingredients together; beat in eggs and milk.

    Add vanilla and lemon, then coconut.
