  • 5 pounds sugar lbs.
  • 10 ounces coffee intant, crystals
  • 10 ounces vanilla extract
  • 4 pieces vanilla beans
  • 10 cups boiling water
  • 1 quart vodka
  • 1 quart everclear

Directions

    To boiling water; add coffee crystals and sugar. Stir to melt. Set aside to cool.

    When cool; add cut-up vanilla beans, vanilla, and liquor; stir.

    Store in a tightly closed container for 90 days at room temperature. Shake often.
