  • 2 (11 oz.) cans Green Giant Mexicorn
  • 1 bag yellow rice mix (saffron yellow rice by Mahatma)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on package.

    Mix all ingredients and put in a casserole dish.

    Add cheese on top and bake at 350° until bubbly and hot through.
