  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 16 oz. regular canned corn
  • 16 oz. cream-style canned corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/8 c. scalded milk
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish.

    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.

    Pudding should be golden brown on top.

    If not, adjust dish in oven.
