  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, pour in a lightly greased medium-size casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with your favorite type of cheese right before removing from oven.
