- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 2 eggs, cooked and mashed
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. marjoram flakes
- 1 raw egg
- 1 Tbsp. salad dressing
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Clean crab meat.

2Put lemon juice over mix and then add rest of ingredients.

3Shape into balls.

4Beat 2 raw eggs.

5Dip crab balls into cracker meal, then into egg mixture and then back into cracker meal.

6Deep fry or put crab balls into crab shaped foil shells. Top with crumbs.

7Dot with butter and broil until crumbs brown.
