- 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1In a small mixing bowl stir together the egg whites, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, green onion, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in crabmeat.

2In a shallow dish, toss the 1/4 cup bread crumbs with melted margarine.
