- 4 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Place cucumber in bowl.

2Sprinkle with salt; add vinegar and water to cover cucumbers.

3Let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator and drain well.

4In small bowl, combine sour cream, dill, sugar and pepper.

5Stir into cucumbers.

6Serve immediately or it will hold well until served.

7Serves 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
