  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg.

    Stir in the hot milk, mixing well.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
