- 13 cup mayonnaise (Best Food's)
- 14 cup mustard
- 14 cup Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper
- paprika

1After cutting hard cooked eggs lengthwise, place all the yolks in a medium bowl.

2Mash yolks.

3In separate small bowl, mix mayo, and both mustards together.

4Add salt & pepper to your tastes.

5Pour mixture over egg yolks and blend together.

6The consistancy should be thick and rich!

7Now stuff the egg whites with a dollop of egg yolk mixture.

8Sprinkle top with paprika.
