  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines deluxe yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (and syrup)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Dump the pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan.
  2. 2
    Dump the cherry pie filling over the pineapple and spread evenly. Sprinkle the cake mix over the cherry pie filling.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle the nuts over the cake mix.
  4. 4
    Cut the butter in slices and place over the cake.
  5. 5
    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream is nice!
