- 3 -4 lb. beef roast
- 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup

1In large heavy pan, brown meat on all sides.

2Pour off fat. Stir in soup.

3Cover.

4Cook over low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove meat.

5To thicken gravy, gradually blend 1/2 cup water into two to four tablespoons of flour.

6Slowly stir into soup.

7Cook, stirring until thickened.
