  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Katakuriko
  • 2 tsp Water

Directions

    Combine the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

    Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the katakuriko slurry.

    Return the pot to heat.

    Once the soup has thickened, pour in the beaten egg and you're finished.
