- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- 2 tsp Water
Directions

1Combine the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

2Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the katakuriko slurry.

3Return the pot to heat.

4Once the soup has thickened, pour in the beaten egg and you're finished.
