- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 eggs
- 2 large pieces cornbread
- 4 pieces light bread

Directions

1Peel and cut up eggplant.

2Then boil until they are done enough to mash up.

3Remove from the boiling water and mash the eggplant.

4Then add cream of chicken soup, onion (chopped), eggs, salt, pepper, cornbread (crumbled), light bread and sage to your taste.
