- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 3 c. enchilada sauce
Directions

1Heat enchilada sauce and set aside.

2Brown ground beef and drain fat.

3In a large round casserole dish; pour a small amount of sauce (just enough to coat the bottom) and layer 3 tortillas. Spoon in 1/3 of the ground beef, 1/3 of the onions and 1/4 of the cheese; cover with sauce.

4Repeat twice, using all of the ground beef and onions and most of the cheese and sauce.

5Top with the last 3 tortillas; cover with remaining sauce and top with remaining cheese.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
