- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 3 scallions, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1 large red pepper
- few dashes hot pepper sauce (bottled)
- 1 pkg. rice pilaf mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
