  • 1 strip frozen cod
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • dash of thyme
  • seasoned croutons

Directions

    Place fish in casserole dish.

    Cut in half to fit better if needed.

    (Fish can be thawed first if desired.)

    Mix soup, water and thyme.

    Pour over fish.

    Bake in 325° oven for about 1 hour or until fish is done.
