Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 medium diced potato
  • 1 lb. fish, cut in chunks
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. can milk

Directions

    Add green pepper, celery and diced onion to pan with little oil and saute.

    Add 1/2 cup water, potato, fish, corn and seasonings and simmer until potatoes are tender.

    Add milk and heat until hot; do not boil.

    May add a little butter and smoke, if you like.

    I like a little more milk.
