  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin (basically enough to coat the cabbage)
  • 1 salt (as much as you like)
  • 1 black pepper (as much as you like)
  • 1 Butter (Optional)

    Pour olive oil in a pot

    Chop up the cabbage in small pieces and put it in the pot
  3. 3
    Use a spoon and stir the cabbage around so the olive oil coats all the pieces
  4. 4
    Cook on med heat and stir frequently until the cabbage starts to get tender
  5. 5
    Once the cabbage starts to get tender cover the pot with a lid for a few mins to lock in the moisture
  6. 6
    After the cabbage is completely tender add a very small amount of butter if you like then eat and enjoy :)
