- 1 head Cabbage
- 4 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin (basically enough to coat the cabbage)
- 1 salt (as much as you like)
- 1 black pepper (as much as you like)
- 1 Butter (Optional)
Directions

1Pour olive oil in a pot

2Chop up the cabbage in small pieces and put it in the pot

3Use a spoon and stir the cabbage around so the olive oil coats all the pieces

4Cook on med heat and stir frequently until the cabbage starts to get tender

5Once the cabbage starts to get tender cover the pot with a lid for a few mins to lock in the moisture
-
6After the cabbage is completely tender add a very small amount of butter if you like then eat and enjoy :)
