  • 1 to 2 medium onions
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 c. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. water

    Peel potatoes and onions.

    Heat oil in iron skillet until hot.

    Season potatoes with salt and pepper.

    Drop in hot grease.
