  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 3 graham cracker crusts

Directions

    Mix Eagle Brand and cream cheese until smooth.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Set aside.

    Mix coconut, pecans and margarine (melted) and toast at 350°, stirring every 5 minutes, until brown (about 12 to 13 minutes) and then cool.
