- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. orange marmalade
- 3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier (optional)

1Cover and cook carrots in chicken stock, butter and pepper over medium heat for 10 minutes.

2Add orange marmalade and Grand Marnier.
