  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell (170 g), cooled
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

    Mix sugar, dry jelly powder and corn starch in medium saucepan.

    Gradually stir in water.

    Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.

    Cook and stir 2 to 3 min.

    Fill pie shell with berries; cover with jelly glaze.
