  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. safflower oil
  • 2 2/3 c. milk or juice (may substitute for plain water)
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips or specialty chips
  • 3/4 c. nuts

Directions

    Combine the first 4 ingredients.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour; turn over and watch closely.

    Allow baked mixture to cool completely, then crumble.

    Add nuts and chips.

    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
