- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cups bisquick
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes or or 1/3 c. grated cheese
Directions

1In mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar and 1/2 of the Bisquick.

3Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.

4Add remaining Bisquick and choice of onion flakes, grated cheese, or caraway seeds.

5Blend with spoon until smooth.

6Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place until double, about 30 minutes.

7Stir down by beating 25 strokes.

8Drop dough by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet, making 12 mounds 2 inches apart.

9Dough will be sticky.

10Flatten tops with floured fingers in rounds about 1/2 inch thick.

11Again let rise
