  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown meat in skillet.

    Drain fat and set aside.

    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch into skillet.

    Stir in meat, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown or inserted knife comes out clean.
