  • 1/4 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 c. fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. grated carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 slice bread of choice
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. alfalfa sprouts

Directions

    Toss the first 6 ingredients and place on bread.

    Combine the honey, lemon juice and yogurt; blend until smooth.
