- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk you can use soy milk or regular milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Lightly grease a 9 inch round spring-form pan.

2Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. It's ready when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
