  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 4 c. carrot sticks, sliced thin

    In a saucepan combine first three ingredients.

    Add carrot sticks.

    Cover tightly; cook on low heat 15 to 20 minutes.

    Season to taste.

    Sprinkle in parsley flakes.

    Don't drain.
