- 1 c. 100% Bran cereal
- 1 c. oats
- 3/4 c. walnuts
- 1 c. raisins or dates
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix Bran cereal, oats, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in medium mixing bowl.

2Add dates or raisins and walnuts.

3In small bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs.

4Mix in yogurt, oil and honey.

5Add liquid ingredients and mix together well.

6Pour into well buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

8Cut into bars after cooled.
