Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix

  • 1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cups Pure Maple Sugar
  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Optional

Directions

    Place the cocoa powder and maple sugar in a food processor.

    If using a vanilla bean, split lengthwise and scrape the seeds from each half. Place the seeds in the food processor. Process until combined completely.

    Store in an airtight container.

    To make hot cocoa, heat 6 ounces of milk. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix and stir until dissolved.

    Note: Sugar amount can be increased or decreased to your desired sweetness.
