Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix

- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cups Pure Maple Sugar
- 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Optional
Directions

1Place the cocoa powder and maple sugar in a food processor.

2If using a vanilla bean, split lengthwise and scrape the seeds from each half. Place the seeds in the food processor. Process until combined completely.

3Store in an airtight container.

4To make hot cocoa, heat 6 ounces of milk. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix and stir until dissolved.

5Note: Sugar amount can be increased or decreased to your desired sweetness.
