  • 2 ounces anejo rum
  • 1/4 ounce apricot liqueur
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 pineapple slice or lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish; shake well.
