- 1/2 c. Wesson Oil
- 1 pkg. Ballard cornbread mix
- 1/4 lb. Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp), grated
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped peppers or use 1 tsp. Sauer crushed red peppers
- 1 small onion
- 3 tsp. Sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Use 2 large or 3 small pans.

3Pour batter into greased pans.
