Kale With Pecans

- 1-1/2 pound Kale, Leaves Only
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Butter Or Coconut Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1-1/2 cup Broth (chicken, Vegetable, Etc...)
- 1/3 cups Pecans, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cups Crumbled Blue Cheese
Directions

1Wash and slice the kale into 1/2 - 3/4 inch strips.

2Heat the olive oil and butter (or coconut oil) over medium heat in a heavy skillet, and saute the garlic for 2 minutes.

3Add the kale and saute for 2 more minutes, then add broth and turn the heat to high. Stirring frequently, cook until all of the liquid evaporates (15 minutes) and the kale is soft.

4Turn down the heat to medium, add in the pecans. Cook only until they are warmed through (1 to 2 mins), then turn off the heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Serve topped with a sprinkle of blue cheese.
