- 13 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Or More To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- Cooked Brown Rice, For Serving
- 2 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced, For Garnish
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger.

2In a pan over medium high, heat vegetable oil.

3Brown ground beef and garlic and drain any excess fat.

4Stir in sauce mixture and simmer for 3 minutes.

5Scoop over cooked brown rice and garnish with green onions.
