  • 13 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Or More To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Cooked Brown Rice, For Serving
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced, For Garnish

Directions

    In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger.

    In a pan over medium high, heat vegetable oil.

    Brown ground beef and garlic and drain any excess fat.

    Stir in sauce mixture and simmer for 3 minutes.

    Scoop over cooked brown rice and garnish with green onions.
