  • 1 1/4 pound ground lamb
  • 1 1/4 pound ground chuck
  • 1/3 stick butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoon evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 burger size slices of smoked Gouda cheese
  • 5 large burger buns

    Melt butter, mix all incredient except cheese and form into equal size burget patties. Get the grill HOT, cook roughly 4-5 minutes per side. Put cheese on the burgers in time to melt and warm the buns too. These burgers have a lot of liquid so be diligent about the grill flaming too much.
