- 1 1/4 pound ground lamb
- 1 1/4 pound ground chuck
- 1/3 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoon evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 burger size slices of smoked Gouda cheese
- 5 large burger buns
Directions

1Melt butter, mix all incredient except cheese and form into equal size burget patties. Get the grill HOT, cook roughly 4-5 minutes per side. Put cheese on the burgers in time to melt and warm the buns too. These burgers have a lot of liquid so be diligent about the grill flaming too much.
