- 2 lb. lamb breast
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cut lamb into five pieces.

2Season with salt and pepper. Place in a hot skillet and let fatty sides get brown.

3Mix chili sauce, red pepper, vinegar and water and pour over lamb.

4Slice onion and add to mixture.

5Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours, then remove lid and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until barbecue sauce is almost absorbed.

6Serves 4.
