- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 48 oz. Ragu
- 1 (16 oz.) box lasagna, uncooked
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or dried
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown ground chuck and hot sausage.

2Add sauce and simmer 1/2 hour.

3Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.

4Pour about 1/2 cup meat sauce on bottom of large pan (large roaster pan or 2 lasagna pans).

5Lay 4 or 5 pieces of dry lasagna noodles lengthwise over sauce; leave space for expansion. Spread with cheese sauce.

6Alternate until full, ending with meat sauce.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
