- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 eggs, separated (use whites to make meringue)
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- Nilla wafers
Directions

1Combine Eagle Brand milk and egg yolks.

2Slowly add lemon juice and beat well.

3Place layer of Nilla wafers in pie pan and pour mixture over wafers.

4Make meringue, using sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla.

5Brown meringue and cool before refrigerating.
