- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large or 2 small lemons
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 2 egg whites, beaten
Directions

1Cream butter, then add sugar and egg yolks.

2Beat until very light.

3Add juice and grated rinds of lemons, flour and milk.

4Add beaten egg whites last.

5Bake slowly at 325° in pie shell about 1 hour or until brown.
