- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. cabbage, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced fine
- 1 lb. leftover pork shoulder, ground
- 3/4 c. Velveeta, shredded
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
Directions

1In a skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook cabbage, onion and carrot until tender.

2Stir in pork, water and mustard, then add shredded cheese.

3Separate crescent dough and cut each triangle in half.

4Press to flatten slightly.

5Spoon 1 tablespoon of pork mixture into the center of triangle.

6Pull corners to center over pork mixture.

7Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

8Makes approximately 32.
