  • chicken, skinned
  • 1/2 c. dry milk powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Remove skin from chicken.

    Put remaining ingredients in a plastic bag with chicken pieces and shake.

    Place on broiler rack and bake at 350° until browned (about 1 hour and 10 minutes).
