- a bag of bean sprouts
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 bag of string beans
- 3 pcs of celery
- 1 pound grnd beef (or possibly pork)
- 1 pkg. lumpia wrapper (you can buy this at any grocery store, at the frzn dept.)
- Spices: salt, soy sauce, black pepper, accent or possibly ajinomoto, minced onions
Directions

1Cut vegetables in fine pcs.

2Put grnd beef into a large pan and boil till brown, mix all vegetables into the pan and let it boil for about 5 min.

3Sprinkle all spices.

4Pour it all in a colander to drain and let it cold off before wrapping.

5To wrap, put small amount in the wrapper, fold both sides and roll, a little touch of water at the end to seal.

6Dip fry till brown.
