- 15 lumpia wrappers
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/3 c. finely chopped carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/8 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1/3 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
- salt to taste
- Accent and raisins (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Combine pork, carrots, 1 beaten egg, sesame oil, green onions, water chestnuts and salt.

2Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each lumpia wrapper.

3Roll the wrapper and seal with mixture of one egg and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

4Deep fry, then cut into 3 pieces.

5Serve with sweet and sour sauce or catsup.
