  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 bunch Romaine lettuce
  • 2 Stalks celery
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 dash Red pepper sauce

    Cook almonds in sugar on stovetop until sugar melts and coats almonds.
