- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Peel and cut carrots in fairly thick slices.

2Boil until tender.

3Put half of carrots in large bowl.

4Cover with onion and pepper slices.

5Add remaining carrots.

6Do not stir.

7Combine remaining ingredients for dressing, mixing well.

8Pour over carrots.

9Let stand overnight.

10Stir before serving.

11Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
