- turkey breast, skinned and washed thoroughly
- milk (1 c. per pound of turkey)
- 1 beaten egg (per pound of turkey)
- Cavender's Greek seasoning
- shortening
Directions

1Slice turkey breast into 1-inch thick slices.

2Combine egg, milk and liberal amount of Cavender's.

3Cover turkey with egg mixture and let set several hours (3 hours minimum, overnight is better).

4Remove turkey from marinating mixture.

5Discard liquid but do not wash liquid off meat.

6Roll in flour and fry like chicken.

7This recipe also works well for tame turkey, squirrel, quail and chicken.
