  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 lbs ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup Burgundy wine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

    Combine all ingredients for the meatballs and place into a foil-lined pan.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

    Remove and drain (meatballs may be frozen at this time for later use).

    Makes about 150 bite-size meatballs.

    Combine the 1 chopped onion, Burgandy, sour cream, soup, garlic, and mushrooms.
